We do our best to show our wig colours as true to life as possible. However, please keep in mind that colours can look slightly different depending on lighting (natural or indoor) and the screen you’re viewing them on. Some shades may also have natural highlights or undertones that appear differently in person. If you’re unsure about a colour, we’re always happy to help with guidance before you order.

We want you to receive your new hair as smoothly and quickly as possible. Every order is packed with care so it arrives safely and beautifully.

Processing Times
For ready-to-ship wigs and accessories, please allow 1 to 3 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched.
For made-to-order wigs, please refer to the product page for estimated production times.

Australian Shipping
We use standard shipping for all orders, if you need your order extra urgently, you can upgrade to express at the checkout.

Shipping Costs
Shipping is a flat rate of $10 for standard delivery or $15 for express delivery within Australia.
Orders over $100 automatically qualify for free standard shipping.

Tracking Your Order
You’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped. This allows you to follow your package every step of the way.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your parcel has been sent, it’s in the hands of our trusted delivery partners. While delays are rare, we’ll always do our best to help track down any missing packages.

Returns Policy

Buying a wig online can be a daunting process, especially considering the investment required. We totally get it! 

At It’s not only hair, we want you to feel confident and comfortable with your purchase. So, if your wig isn’t quite right or doesn't suit you, we’re here to help.

• Returns Window: You may return your wig within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Condition of Returns: To be eligible, wigs must be returned in unworn condition, with the lace uncut (if applicable), and with all original packaging and tags intact.
• Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
• Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue your refund back to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for processing.

No re-stocking fees, store credits, or other BS. You can try our wigs risk-free.

Please note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of wigs that have been worn, altered, or have had the lace cut.
